Lived up to the hype and surpassed expectations
What a great bunch of lads. What can we say, other than thank you so much!!! Our expectations were high and we were really looking forward to seeing you perform live after months of build up to our wedding (and showing as many friends and family your tube vids as we could). Needless to say you surpassed those expectations. Your execution of what Sian and I would consider an almost perfect repertoire was definitely 10/10. Our taste in music to a tee. We loved you, our guests loved you and I hope we get to see you perform again in the future!!! -
Amazing band

Absolutely brilliant band. They were great in the preparation and accommodated all requests to produce a set of end to end bangers! On the night the dancefloor was constantly packed with plenty of banter with the crowd from Tom the lead singer and as musicians they were outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough! Book them! -

PERFECT Band for our Wedding
The Rips were absolutely brilliant, the comment we heard most from our guests is that they have never been to a wedding where absolutely everyone was on the dance floor! They were brilliant before and during, they listened to our requests and tailored the set which made for a fab evening of dancing. Would 100% recommend. -
Made our wedding evening unforgettable

Great band, super setlist, epic party
The Rips were superb. Prior to the wedding party, communication was timely and easy. Jamie and the band are a really relaxed and easy going bunch. They were happy to include our handful of "must have" songs from their set list (placing our special song in a later slot when the dance floor was packed) and filled the rest of their performance with our "would really like to have" songs, which we'd highlighted and sent to them in advance. My wife is into the 60s/70s rock and a wide array of indie music, I'm more into modern rock, but The Rips did a great job blending the two. Originally intending to do 3x40 minute sets, they switched without issue to 2x 60 minutes as our speeches/dinner overran. They were also fine to squeeze into what I assume will be one of their less spacious venues. However, it was a venue which they filled with amazing vibes, atmospheric lighting and marvellous music. Guests, (from mid-twenties to mid-sixties) had an amazing time from start to finish, so much that The Rips couldn't but give in to the demands of "one more song" at the end of their last set. The transition to the DJ set (using our own Spotify mix) between performances was seamless, and they also took requests. In summary, if The Rips are available and you're looking for a band of this genre, don't hesitate to book them.
